You ask Lord Telleri for a quest.
This quest is called 'Weapon Seizure', for Adventurers levels 61 to 120.
Lord Telleri is the master in charge of this quest.
Description of Weapon Seizure:
Over the past few years a problem has been getting more and more
noticeable until now when I can not query it any longer! There have been
too many deaths in Tellerium induced by citizens carrying weapons. If this
keeps up no longer will innocent citizens be able to walk the streets of
Tellerium in safety. Before you start this quest, ensure you collect a
guard to help you. I need you to journey around Tellerium in search of
unlicensed people carrying weapons. I also need you to visit the local
weapon shop and make sure they only sell weapons to licensed customers May
the Powers guide and protect you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 4 practice points, 30000 experience points, and 20000 gold pieces.
You have 240 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Weapon Seizure consists of:
Phase 1: Defeat a crafty rogue.
Phase 2: Recover a silver dagger.
Phase 3: Visit a tellerium guard.
Phase 4: Journey to Jordain's Weapons.
'Luck be with you, Quasar!' Lord Telleri exclaim

Definatly overpowered for an all Tellerium quest, from Lord Telleri, while being able to do in under 30 seconds.

Yeah, it took me longer to read your whinging, whiney-ass, worthless opinion.

That was absolutely uncalled for.

I thank this player for bringing this quest up. I ask that next time you email it to me at Aethyn@ingenii.com. I save copies of things I fix so I can have dates and times of when I did things.

I will test the quest myself and provide my judgement.

I don't know how it is now after the hide change, but before, if you didn't have sense life (which was quite common if you didn't have racial sense-life), you'd have to run to Templeton and buy a certain herb from there. Between the aggresive gang members and the hugeness of Templeton, in which a little one can easily become lost, I think it was just about right.

The gold reward is too high, really. Actually....this is quite an easy quest for its level limits. Maybe it should be made harder or changed to lower levels and have its rewards lowered?

I agree with Kaedhol, the gold is a bit high, however, one has to remember that lowbies in town will kill the rogues and sell the daggers. I've actually received this quest numerous times and there were two occasions I had to wait for repop. Furthermore, I don't think the rogues always have the daggers, in which case they cost about 7,000 gold if memory serves correct.

The most important point that is always lost in these discussions is that quests generally get easier the more you do them because you know what needs to be done and where to find a given item. I got an idea Quasar, why don't you do your quests WITHOUT looking at pkzone.org or asking for help. That should make it more challenging...

Upon further testing of this quest, I will be adjusting the rewards. I would tell you what they are, but that would ruin the surprise (or the dissapointment I suppose) ;)

Keep on questing!

If THIS isn't overrewarding, I don't know what is... 200 minutes for this quest, not even 4 minutes (less than one real minute) to complete. Three of these were found in the same row of houses on Market Street; the other two are also on the same street.

This quest is called 'Sending Regards', for Adventurers levels 20 to 50.
Lord Telleri is the master in charge of this quest.
Description of Sending Regards:
News has come to Lady Telleri from some of her friends here in town that
their husbands have taken ill. Of course, had she not told me herself I
would have found out when the men informed us that they would not be
reporting for work. Such as it is, my wife has asked that we send a
messenger to let them know we wish them well. Since the husbands may be in
bed, and too ill to speak with directly, I would like you to inform the
wives. Tell them to take whatever time is necessary to ensure they are
healthy when they return to their posts, and we wish them a speedy recovery.
I will compensate you for the time spent on this personal business of ours,
and you have our thanks.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 45 quest points, 4 practice points, 18000 experience points, and 4000 gold pieces.
You have 197 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Sending Regards consists of:
Phase 1: *Visit a domestic woman.
Phase 2: *Visit Anjou Morgan.
Phase 3: *Visit Josefina Smythe.
Phase 4: *Visit an elderly person.
Phase 5: *Visit a relaxing resident.

<476hp 447sp 337st> com
You inform Lord Telleri you have completed your quest.
Lord Telleri tells you 'Congratulations on completing your quest, Arwenna!'
Lord Telleri tells you 'As a reward for your valor, I am awarding you 45 quest points, 4 practices, 18000 experience points, and 4000 gold pieces!'

I'd prefer if these quests were made more challenging, rather than simply lowering their rewards. That last one for example: add a few more NPC's to kill all the way up the tower, even add the ancient ariel as the final phase. Add 'Recover an amber trance', or some other rare item that turns up in some places in Verity. Questing should be challenging and rewarding, not monotonous visit this visit that for 1-2 practices.

Katran that quest is for levels 20-50, and not ALL players of that level are alts - maybe like 75% are  - and if they don't know about pkzone.org. It then becomes a bit more difficult. Is that quest easy now that you've played for awhile? Sure. If you're a noob is it easy? Not necessarily.

I really wish pkzone would disable the quest library. Sure would make things a lot more interesting. Are you listening Lothos?

You people are all so Fuking gay that you are complaining about getting too much rewards for questing!? For Fux sake, maybe if you all did something other than questing you wouldn't worry so much about making them longer and more challenging.

Hey i got an idea if you are looking for a challenge, MULTI, you class camping wankers.

You all sound like that nerdy little kid that reminded the teacher that she forgot to collect the homework.

May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your pubic region. I hope you all die slowly and painfully.

Time flies when you're having fun :D

I haven't quested my sigillian first classer in about that long. Think I retired her around february/march (no later than april tho) and that was one of the last quests I got. Needless to say I was hopping mad to see the ONLY good sigil first class quest be changed the way it was, cut the pracs yes, but the gold? It costs 25K to get to verity, for some first classers that's a lot of money.

There should be other ways of getting practice points as quickly and reliably as questing with so few drawbacks. No, marks, leveling, and treasure hunting don't qualify.
