Nothing wrong with the rewards for that quest.

The levels 60-120 is inappropriate and should be changed to 30-60, but it will not be.

This quest is called 'Typical First Class Quest!', for Adventurers levels 10 to 120.
Lord Agrippa is the master in charge of this quest.
Description of Typical First Class Quest!:
This is a very challenging quest that will test you mentally and physically. It is so hard, you may even have to use Pkzone.org to check where exactly these phases are. You might even be too lazy to do it so turn it back in. I also hope you complain on the MateriaMagica.com webite about the rewards being too low. Thank you young adventurer, you are quite a quester!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 65 quest points, 6 practice points, 44000 experience points, and 13000 gold pieces.
You have 3000 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Typical First Class Quest! consists of:
Phase 1: Journey to Garden of Life.
Phase 2: Journey to Runic Temple.
Phase 3: Visit Lord Agrippa.

I roffled, impelement it immediately.

Also, I think newbies should be required to do the quest where they visit my hall of honor shrine.

Questing these days is so much easier in comparison to when I quested regularly. Firstly, there must be 10 times more quests to choose from. At least you have a choice and options now. I remember when there were just a handful of the same quests. I also recall a time BEFORE quest databases where you actually had to figure out quests or network in-game to find/complete your phases. In essence, the quest sucks IN COMPARISON to the plethora of quests out there now. Maybe it should be modified. But, if you just skip it, wait 10 minutes and ask for another, you won't see it for awhile. So, quest complete, and move on.

You sound like my dad, "When we were young we never went to the movies! We didn't even have TV!". Just because it was harder way back in 1995 or whatever doesn't mean it shouldn't change and get easier. <3
