Lady Templeton is the mistress in charge of this quest.
Description of Best Brunch!:
Adventurer, surely you have heard of that shameless siren Lady Undya! Just
last week, she Hosted a brunch for all the rulers of Alyria - but forgot to
invite me. In fact, her only Guests were the Lords Agrippa, Maldra,
Vendredi and Vashir. Imagine, inviting that horrible Lord Maldra and not
me! Well, it is obvious what she is doing! She wishes to use her Womanly
charms to direct more trade to the towne of Xaventry. Two can play at that
game. I Will be hosting a brunch with the Lords of Alyria and I need you to
collect the best Breakfast foods to be found. Check the pantry on your way
out, to see what provisions we Already have. On your travels, be sure to
extend an invitation to Lord Agrippa, Maldra, Vendredi and Vashir - but not
to Lady Undya!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 90 quest points, 7 practice points, 30000 experience points, and 25000 gold pieces.
You have 124 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Best Brunch! consists of:
Phase 1: *Journey to The Pantry.
Phase 2: Recover a plate of flapjacks.
Phase 3: *Recover a bowl of cereal.
Phase 4: *Recover a plate of waffles.
Phase 5: *Recover a blueberry danish.
Phase 6: *Recover A piping-hot mouse muffin.
Phase 7: *Recover a string of pork sausage.
Phase 8: Recover a fruit plate.
Phase 9: *Visit Lord Maldra.
Phase 10: *Visit Lord Agrippa.
Phase 11: *Visit Lord Vendredi.
Phase 12: *Visit Lord Vashir.
Okay, there are two issues that need to be worked out with this one. First, three of the phases can only be acquired during breakfast hours. I received this quest an hour and a half before breakfast hours, so the time range in which the quest can be received needs to be fixed. Second, the fruit plate from twin moons isn't triggering phase 8. I believe it's asking for the one from Lasler, and it shouldn't be.
Thanks.

You found a hidden item, a fruit plate!
You have completed a part of your quest!
Be sure to retain the recovered item to return to your quest master.
You take a fruit plate.
You tell Havoc 'ROFLROFLROFL'
He is away and may not see your tell.
You tell Havoc 'It worked'
He is away and may not see your tell.
Havoc tells you 'figures.'
- I can't believe I actually made a lvl 6 alt just to get that stupid fruit plate. It's the wrong vnum set, apparently. The one that triggers comes from LASLER.

(From Cosira):
This quest is still not fixed. Some items only available at a certain time of day, and one item is still from LASLER instead of Twin Moons, where it should be from.
Yeah... Still no times set AND that fruit plate is still the one from Lasler. Should people REALLY have to load a level -6 alt with items and leave them in their home just to do a quest?
Yes/no/already doing so?

You have no idea what measures I've already taken in trying to get this fixed, so don't assume I haven't done more than continuely bump this thread.
Thanks.

Nowhere in any of your postings complaining about the broken quest do you state that you emailed about them. I don't read minds, just seemed to me that if you are continually complaining about the same quest that perhaps your complaint isn't being seen by those who need to see it.

(From Rivulet):
no cosira, karynn is right... why would you ever discuss quests on the quest discussion board?????
Discuss it all you like, but if something is broken and needs to be fixed, email is the quickest way to get the proper person's attention.

Quests can have some special settings that can be specified if they fit in line with the idea of the quest. One can be used, or they can be combined. They are as follows:
* For Saints - This quest will be granted to Saints only.
* For Outlaws - This quest will be granted to Outlaws only.
* For Good - This quest will be granted to players of GOOD (350+) alignment.
* For Neutral - This quest will be granted to players of NEUTRAL (-350 to 350) alignment.
* For Evil - This quest will be granted to players of EVIL (-350) alignment.
* Hours from x to y - This quest will only be given out during game hours from x to y (in 24-hour time, i.e., 0 to 23 would be midnight to midnight).
Why put this in there if it can't be done? Isn't that just going to confuse people that try to write a quest with phases where items can only be obtained at certain times?
