(From Kizzel):
My motivation for being a sarcastic ass is the fact that in 3.2 I was the best PKer in the history of this game.

Awesome. So, what was your character's name back then?

Oh, and as far as the role-playing competition:

I'm Aeriel, the original sidhe. I call myself the original sidhe because I was here on the day the sidhe entered the world. I claim to be the first, but you know how claims like that are often greatly inflated as time passes. () So just know that it is fact that I was here on the first day.

I keep to myself. Mortals aren't worth my time. They grow old and die like mayflies. They burn bright, but oh so fast. Feys are just ... uncouth. Even other sidhe are young and reckless.

I am a living anachronism, divorced from the world by the passage of time. Only things of permanence or great age draw my attention. The Proving Grounds, the eldest clans from before the discovery of maleficarum roots, and perhaps the singing sword.

I have seen more works ground to dust than I can recount. I see no reason to believe that any of you are different.

My name is Calum (pronounced Cal-um, as in Kal-el). I like to invent things, and I'm kinda klutzy. Last week I dropped a whole beaker full of acid on my foot, and it took three healers chanting a whole month (sic) to fix it. The reason why it took a month and it only happened last week is because of my new temporal displacement device, which allows me to travel through time.

When I say travel through time, I guess that's only half right, because it only travels in one direction. I know that because when I put my casserole in it to simmer after I forgot to put it on in the morning, I took it out and it was like a whole side of beef and a few dodgy carrots. It's good though, cause when you forget stuff, you can always go back and see where you put it.

My mentor when I was a tadger, who was a master of the ear vise, was working on this before he blew himself up, so I'm kinda hoping not to make the same mistakes he did, or will, I'm not sure which. Anyway, see you all next week, or whenever.

Due to my rapidly fading grip on reality,

Agreed.

I rarely talk on public channels, and only then in a nonsensical series of adverbs.

Apprarently not true enough.

I structure sentences poorly.

No disagreement there.

Peppermint is my favourite ice cream flavour.

Don't think I need to point out the obvious on this one.

Perem's won it, now. Tritochest was sadly under-active, and Sabon kept getting distracted. This will be an ongoing albeit unannounced thing. To be explicit: I will arbitrarily reward people that I see RPing well and consistently.

I still fail to see why people that usually RP are ineligible to win prizes. Would you please share your reasoning with the rest of the class?

You don't have to know someone to hate them.

Or he could mean few get to know him.

I still think I did the best job. Somebody attacked me in PK and my secret service of Illy and Noto saved my life. Now I'm in hiding for two weeks until things clear up to continue the election. But I'm still making promotion posters for myself, do not fret.
