You ask Lord Vendredi for a quest.
This quest is called 'Human migration', for Adventurers levels 180 to 240.
Lord Vendredi is the master in charge of this quest.
Description of Human migration:
I recently funded a new building in the faerie plane for the Humans to grow
crops and farm in. I would like you to venture down there and see how it is
going and bring me back my share of the profits. While there check on the
animals to see if they are healthy and everything is going well. This is
very important that you complete this quest. If things are not well then
more support might be needed. Good luck and safe adventuring.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 62 quest points, 5 practice points, 40000 experience points, and 30000 gold pieces.
You have 300 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Human migration consists of:
Phase 1: Visit the Fey Chicken.
Phase 2: Visit a lazy orange cat.
Phase 3: Visit Cornell the Musical Hen.
Phase 4: Visit a hungry pig.
Phase 5: Visit Melchaia the Master Trainer.

maybe it's just me, but 5 pp for a faerie plane quest seems a little silly.

It isn't one of my favorites, but the quest is over-rewarding in every aspect, just to make it worth doing.

it's over-rewarding?
i wouldn't go to the fp for 5pp.
there's not really an easy and/or cheap way for me to get there.

they cost at least 50k.

Jasper gemstones, gold potions, plane travel spell, black candles, Sirchade rings. The list goes on.

Gold potions are 25k. The quest awards 30k gold.

(Ok, getting back can be a bit tricky tho.)

Are those a limited pop item, or have I just not noticed them in stock lately? And don't they also send you to the void?

hah.
i'd rather not end up in the void for a quest that gives 5pp.
or spend 70-100k on a jasper, for that matter.

i guess the real point here is i'm aware there are many ways to the FP.
but with how expensive and/or time consuming it can be, i don't think this quest is worth it.
or at the very least, not over-rewarding.

Practices are worth more per unit than gold.

Pretty sure QP is too. And since this quest isn't difficult at all, and not very dangerous, I'd say it rewards fine, though I'd definitely not say it's over-rewarding.

I do agree with Hysteria that, for non-faeries, this quest is not 'over-rewarding'. The gold needs to be doubled to cover travel costs. The other rewards look fine.

i don't know.
i can do a quest for 6pp from sigil that goes to vospire and the surrounding area and involves no pk.
and there are many other easy, pk-free quests that offer higher rewards.
but i have to go to the FP for less?
i guess maybe my reasoning is whack, because everyone else seems to disagree. but i still say this quest is not worth doing, at all.

if the gold was doubled, i probably would do it.

I don't think that the quest is over-rewarding, or underrewarding. Maybe the gold can be upped a bit to cover a bit more of the travel costs.

That said, I'd probaby do this quest in its current form.

That is, if I'd quest in that hellhole of a town. Which I don't.

Err, Asorenewb, getting back is the easy part, especially if you're in a clan! :P

Also, this quest is fine. You don't have to do it if you don't like it. I like the FP deserted as it usually is. No need to increase traffic there by upping quest rewards.

hah, well i don't do this quest for exactly that reason.
but i thought i'd bring it up. most of the people i've talked to wouldn't do this quest because the rewards are too small for a trip to the FP.
i was hoping to get it changed a bit, since getting there is more trouble than the quest is worth (for non-faeries) in my opinion. even if the pp stayed the same, at least more gold to cover the costs would be nice.

Just because you're not capable doesn't mean the rest of the world should change for you.

c 'plane travel', very reliable. If you don't feel like training a very helpful and overpowered spell, use scrolls.

walking through hellbent is extremely easy as well, along with just grabbing a black candle and sitting outside for five minutes.
