All parts of your quest are complete. Return to your quest master in time to receive your reward!
A mysterious whysteria vine begins attacking you!

The difficulty turns into the nice reward.

Find something to cast calm or find some way to enter the room without aggressing the vines.

You'll be doing yourself a favor, first class sucks.

(From Siege):
I will counter that by stating this is a multiplayer game.
Yes, but this isn't a party quest.

You're arguing for the sake of arguing now.
Just try fleeing into the room as Havoc suggested, multi to get calm in some form, get someone to kill them/calm for you or just wait 10min when you get this quest.
Not everything should be generic or catered to you specifically in this game.

OK, if I'm too weak to do it alone, then something should change.
Multi-player game, single-player quest.

Correct, your character. Do what I suggested.

You're probably right though, don't want to get the OP so mad that he comes close to almost crying here too. Lol.

However, there isn't really a reason for there not to be some sort of tweak. The vine doesn't necessarily have to be removed from the quest; for example, what if it was scripted so you could repel the vine by giving it some specific item from OV?
They'd still be deadly & there would be extra work involved, so the rewards wouldn't necessarily have to be tweaked.
That said, if Lord Telleri is asking people to do the quest, I can't picture him sending his group of questers against such a creature. (People who quest for low rewards, not the more risky Lady Templeton, people living in a no-magic city who aren't expected to have calm as first classers.)

Yeah, I was thinking something similar. Like, when I watch movies, the evil villains send their minions on quests they're supposed to be able to do but never can. So I would think that, since Telleri is supposedly not an evil villain, he would be more realistic about the ability of first-classers to do the quest. I wasn't asking that the quest be changed, just something. Normally when I do this quest, the vines aren't even there, which is why I go in the first place. So I was thinking if the vines could be less aggro or not be no-flee, then this quest would be a lot easier to survive.

Solus, this quest was copied and pasted from Lady Temp.
RP has nothing to do with it, getting more RU for your buck is the name of the game.
Whatever else you said I agree with.

Actually, I never copied and pasted anything. And it's a Lord Telleri quest, not a Lady Temp quest. I'm currently questing in the no-magic city.

However, Lady Temp does have an identical one.
