This quest [578] is called 'Oh No!!!!',
for Adventurers levels 180 to 240.
Lord Telleri is the master in charge of this quest.
Lord Telleri tells you, "It appears we have a bit of a crisis on our hands! Several objects that are needed for the upcoming festival have disappeared and must be gathered or all of our preparations will have been in vain. If we don't get everything ready in time it could look very bad to our guests and have serious effects on our trade with other lands as well as tourism. If you can seek out these items and deal with the thieves if you
find them, you will be well rewarded for your service in safeguarding the reputation of Tellerium. "
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 71 quest points, 7 practice points, 16,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 12,000 gold pieces.
You have 172 Alyrian minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Oh No!!!! consists of:
Phase 1: Recover a silver dagger.
Phase 2: Recover a red cape.
Phase 3: Recover a stunning sapphire ring.
Phase 4: Recover an oak gavel.
Phase 5: Recover a wrench.
Phase 6: Recover a stiletto.
Phase 7: Recover a pair of copper armplates.
Phase 8: Recover a pair of copper leg plates.

The only problem I have been having is with phase 2. The NPC that drops the red cape no longer seems to be dropping it. I have done this quest a many times in the past but nowadays this item doesn't seem to drop at all. Killing the Head Lord, in the Avros Capital Building, used to be where this item came from. I have run out of time on this quest many times just waiting for this item to repop and have searched all over Telle for another NPC that carries it. Can someone please look into this, thanks for your time. :)
