This quest  is called 'Picking Locks',
for Adventurers levels 30 to 250.
Lord Vashir is the master in charge of this quest.
On your many adventures through Alyria, you will come upon locked doors and
containers. There are several ways to overcome these locks, but the easiest
for you thieves is by using your LOCK PICKING skill. A knight from Rune
that was held prisoner in the Dungeon Wroth escaped. While passing through
on his way to Rune, he came to see me. He left me a map to where he
believes the kobolds were keeping their treasure. Take this map and see if
you can locate the iron chest that holds their valuables. You can obtain a
lockpick at the lock store in Market Square. Be sure that you use that to
make your way through any locked door. Just equip the lockpick before each
door and then PICK the DIRECTION of the door you need unlocked.
+++This quest requires you to use the skill Lock Picking to complete
two special phases. If you do not have access to this skill at this time,
you can turn in the incomplete quest at no penalty.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 20 quest points, 3 practice points, 30,000 experience points,
1 build points, 0 piety, and 2,200 gold pieces.
You have 29 Alyrian minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Picking Locks consists of:
Phase 1: *Journey to The Picked Lock.
Phase 2: *Recover a lockpick.
Phase 3: *Journey to Hallway.
Phase 4: Wear your lockpick and advance deeper into Dungeon Wroth.
Phase 5: (Hidden until previous goal is completed)
Phase 6: (Hidden until previous goal is completed)
Phase 7: (Hidden until previous goal is completed)
Default quest time is 150, which seems a bit on the low end. A bashed door seems to take longer to repop than the rest of the area, so if you bash the two locked doors in wroth you can spite people out of doing the quest.
The quest phase I was left off on because of repop conditions is incredibly vague. The door that leads to the iron chest is automatically opened and unlocked by mobiles passing through and the titan doesn't always spawn with the key required.
The quest would imply that both locked doors are required phases, and I unlocked the first of which (immediately in the room with the hallway phase) with three different lock picks, starting with the ones you're ushered to buy.
Furthermore, the iron chest is pickproof, which I wasn't even able to get to that phase to verify if it'd work correctly.
Finally: Please stop with these vague flavor text phases. Sure they're creative and somewhat obvious, but they're rather annoying in some cases.
