This is the Barbarian quest for first class. The second phase of this quest is

2. Journey to (NPK) The Terramancy Chamber.

When I try to go through the wall as mentioned in the quest description, it says,

You must be at least level 61 to enter there.

I have been waiting for a while to get this second to last quest in the Mega quest and am sure that I will start grinding my teeth soon. I have already practiced Lay Out but I had to get to Sigil Underground through Rune.
