This quest [32131] is called 'Combat Versatility',
for Adventurers levels 20 to 250.
Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
In addition to ground combat with weapons, Paladins can use mounted weapons
just as effectively. Go and see the practice trainer in the Fighter's Guild
to learn how to use a fail. Then visit the cavalier trainer in the
Cavalier's Guild to learn how to use a POLEARM and PIKE. Head to
Jordain's shop to check out what weapons are in stock before heading to
Lowangen. Once there, visit Hisinde's shop to look at any MACES he
might have. Then head to Regulon to learn how to weield a MACE. Upon
your return to Tellerium, put your new weapon training to use by cleaning up
the streets a bit.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 45 quest points, 4 practice points, 50,000 experience points,
7 build points, 0 piety, and 3,500 gold pieces.
You have 150 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Combat Versatility consists of:
Phase 1: Visit The practice trainer.
Phase 2: Visit The cavalier trainer. [ Hidden ]
Phase 3: Visit Jordain. [ Hidden ]
Phase 4: Visit Hesinde. [ Hidden ]
Phase 5: Visit Regulon. [ Hidden ]
Phase 6: Defeat A crafty rogue. [3 times] [ Hidden ]

Needs a bit more time to complete this quest with having to run to Lowagen and back. Only way I was able to get this done in time was to use quest gems to port to Rune, run from there to Lowagen, do the phases there and then I was able to take the ferry back to Tellerium but it was still a close call on it.

If you actually only took the Ferry there is not enough time to do the quest. The other option of course is to take the balloon however most new players will not know of this option and probably will not have the necessary gold on hand to make the trip.

Adding at least 100 Alyrian minutes to this quest will resolve that issue.

Also one other thing that should be mentioned in the quest text for new players is the rogues being hidden mobs and needing sense life to find them. While not game breaking not to have that in there for a new player it will actually help them out a lot.
