This quest [32135] is called 'The Pure Paladin',
for Adventurers levels 30 to 250.
Lord Telleri is the master in charge of this quest.
Due to their holy nature, PALADINS are adept at removing curses and
keeping things pure. By casting sancturary on themselves, they can reduce
the physical damage they take by a percentage. By SANCTIFYING the
AREA, they can negate any unwanted room affects or curses and increase
the rate of regeneration. Head to New Rigel to find a scroll for
SANCTUARY, and then Sigil to find a scroll for 'REMOVE CURSE.' You
can learn both spells from Arianus. The scroll for SANCTIFY is located
in Hotel Hello. For now, head to Hellbent Mountain and take a look around
the area. Tread carefully, that place is not entirely stable.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 45 quest points, 5 practice points, 40,000 experience points,
5 build points, 0 piety, and 3,500 gold pieces.
You have 229 Alyrian minutes remaining to complete this quest.
The Pure Paladin consists of:
Phase 1: *Visit Denar.
Phase 2: *Journey to Abominus's Scrolls and Magical Supplies.
Phase 3: *Visit Arianus, the master mage.
Phase 4: Journey to The Slopes of Hellbent Mountain.

Major issue with this quest. The final phase is level restricted to level 61 and above. As such making the main paladin quest impossible to complete for a first classer. Needs to be changed to a room outside of hellbent or to something completely different.

Is this still an issue? I just got this quest, and I imagine it's going to be quite difficult if I can't go to the final area...

It seems to have been adjusted to the room just outside, in the wilderness.
