Would someone explain the differences? When the infravision spell fades, it says "You can no longer detect the body heat of life forms in the dark." Yet, in practice(today) after removing sense life casting equipment and being affected by both infrared-vision and the infravision spell, I could no longer see the hidden NPC's in the room.

Tested by looking multiple times in the room and entering/exiting as well.

Some other players on the novice channel also thought infravision would work as sense life. There seems to be a tad confusion on this subject. Any greater knowledge or experience pool is really being called upon here.

Doesn't say anything about infravision allowing you to see hidden life forms. So, uh, working as intended?

However, i note it claims detect-hidden racial skill is supposed to let me scan in the dark, and, uhh, I can't scan in the dark.

Anyhow, first post there is the official guide on what the skills are all supposed to do, i think...
