Do we need to rebalance racial starting stats?

 So playing around with starting characters and the races starting stats got me wondering if we should balance the starting stats pertaining to Races. Minotaur looks good as they start with 14 strength however looking at Elf and Drow I think should start with a higher racial agility as they are agile races. Half elf could possibly have a bit lower agil than Elf but a higher starting strength than Elf. My main issue was looking at Human as they are well built but possibly have a lower agility than Elf and similar to Half Elf. As Humans do not have racial abilities Human should have higher starting stats than say some other races. It may be possible to give then good Strength, agility and possibly vitality yet not to high. Would like to say maybe 10, 11, or 12 Strength, 10, 11 Agility, 10, 11 or 12 Vitality. Though not all Races need to be tweaked that much I would defiantly tweak the Human starting stats.

 So was playing a human first class Barbarian and also played around with a Human first class Ranger and a Human first class Psionic and found that all these characters had major problems with mobiles in Run Graveyard, Sumpt, and Arcane Arch. The mobiles where very aggressive and found I would end up almost half dead or dead in these areas. The Barbarian was iffy but at higher levels seemed ok but found the Mage classes at lvl 35 would more than likely end up dead trying to travel in these areas. I am not sure if it is because of the low stats and low defense ability but had magore problems going to these places at all but higher character levels. Also on another note I found Psionics Telekinetic Shield to be rather ineffective in these areas. I am not sure but can this be based on the current situation of stats pertaining to defense. Also it might not be caused by the players stats but rather the Mobiles stats and skills? Also not sure of current situation but did have this problem playing Minotaur a few months back.
