Been thinking of something interesting for the psionic class pertaining to there preferred weapon type which seems to be whip. Generally so far found that whip is very sucky compared to Dagger or Scythe. However it might be useful to add a new skill Prof for Psionic called whip mastery or whip combat styles or enhanced whip skill??? So generally the way this can work is it is only specific to Psion character and only works with whip. Training enhanced whip skill will allow a hast like attack bonus specifically only to enhanced whip and will allow for the following bonuses. When equipping a whip with the enhanced whip skill will give a bonus attack that does not stack with hast in any way. It may also enhance accuracy with a little bonus. Lastly it may or may not give an enhanced damage bonus when a Psion wields a whip with the enhanced whip skill also enhanced whip skill will not have the hast hp sp st regeneration . So generally this would give a Psion a hast like ability but very limited. The possibility that this version of a hast like ability would not hinder HP SP ST regeneration. Might very slightly increase damage say maybe between the damage of a whip but less than a scythe and generally maybe put whip at par with dagger but with greater accuracy.
There is also the possibility that something can be done with monk and staff but generally thinking this should be a Psion exclusive skill.
