Archon Class: should be obvious
The players in a particular class will be divided up into brackets of no more than 8, to provide even numbers of matches as best as possible. They will be last man standing matches, and the winners of the initial brackets will face off in a final melee battle. The arena will be no-formation.
1) Normal PK rules govern the general tournament.
2) To prevent players hiding to take advantage of weakened opponents, a twenty second rule will be in place. When a match begins, all players must be in combat within twenty seconds of the start. Whenever an opponent is defeated, the surviving opponent must find a new opponent within twenty seconds of the end of their fight. If no opponent is available, then the twenty seconds starts once another battle is ended with the defeat of a player. If a player fails to enter a fight within twenty seconds of the opportunity, he or she will be disqualified. If the fight stops for any reason, players have 20 seconds to start fighting again.
3) The arena will be no-formation to help prevent collaboration. However, if any players are believed to be collaborating they will be disqualified.
4) The Immortal staff will be the judging party during the tournament.
The idea for the tournament is last man standing wins, and any attempts to work with anyone else for mutual benefit will result in disqualification. Please follow the intention of the rules, as the Immortals will disqualify based on whether or not you are breaking the intention.
The winner of each division will receive a Gem of Mithra. Runners-up of each division will receive the sum of 350,000 gold coins.
Please reply to this thread with the division you intend to play in. Although you will be moved to a different division if you are not in the level range,
please do your best to be legal for your registered division as it will make the organization of the tournament much easier. On the day of the tournament, a fee of 50,000 gold pieces will be collected from all contestants. If disqualified, the fee will not be reimbursed.
Any replies to this thread that are not registrations will be deleted so please do not waste time by posting anything else. If there are further questions or comments, please email email@example.com.
