This quest is called 'Get this party started!', for Adventurers levels 80 to 120.
Description of Get this party started!:
The shindig is at my place tonight and EVERYBODY is invited. This is
gonna be the most best party ever. I need your help though! A few of my
friends were out and could not hear of my news. Deliver the news to them
and claim your reward and your invitation.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 45 quest points, 5 practice points, 30000 experience points, and 30000 gold pieces.
You have 157 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Get this party started! consists of:
Phase 1: *Journey to The Audience Chamber.
Phase 2: *Journey to The Audience Room of Lord Vashir.
Phase 3: *Visit Banath.
Phase 4: *Recover a T-bone steak.
Phase 5: Recover a scary mask.
Phase 6: *Visit the King of Vospire.
Phase 7: *Recover a shimmering white fish scale.

I have looked in many towns for the scary mask and checked a lot of shops. One thing for sure is that it exists since a lot of guides say so. I found the following interesting:
Salanth tells you 'This quest relies on a seasonal item.'
Is that true? If so, would that mean it's from Agatha? Anyways, if anyone knows where to find one, please post a reply.

Thanks - Olf

Duende changed the scary mask to a scary fey mask. It is very unfair that a 120 will need to travel to the faerie plane for this. It already requires the second classer to go to so many places. Could this be changed?

why is it unfair? use plane travel, gold potions, or abjure if applicable. If you're complaining now about the fp, just wait 'til higher class quests.

make a trip to the fp one day....gather up 5 or 10 or 100, etc.

Umm no, it's a 120 quest and if you look at it, it forces one to go to many places.

The 5 quests does not count quests you did not complete, or come close to completing (1 objective away) so if you didnt do it you would still be able to get 5/5 quests

Tsuke, u are wrong. only if u 'quest complete' a quest without completing a SINGLE objective, then the quest would not be counted as part of the 5 quest limit. if u 'q complete' after completing 1 or more objective, it is considered.

Haha, I'm fat. Good one.

Considering you haven't logged on in over 2 months I'm going to have to assume you don't even play this game. Go away, and stop bothering the rest of us.

There is some sort of fix to the fact that you can do all but 1 objective. The fact that it can be done to spam up on QP makes it a fun way to try to get around that. I think Vassago already put in a fix to that, but I'm not exactly sure what.

I was thinking of that exact same idea, of doing all but 1 component to my quest and completing it, but was told that I would still only get 5 quests..

not to show disrespect to Scrooge's vast knowledge of MM, but i think i'm right on this count. even if u complete only part of the quest, it still contributes tou your quest limit. can some Imm verify this?

As mayor of Tellerium, it is my duty to try to unite and bring together

isolate themselves from the others. This is not good for my reputation, and

your best to unite these groups and help them become friends. Bring
representatives together and initiate talks that will solve this troubling
problem.

That isn't a bug.

When the quest limit was implemented Vassago specifically stated that quests wouldn't count toward your limit if largely uncompleted. Its a FEATURE tard.

So as long as you do less than half of the objectives the quest doesn't count?

I noticed on Scrooge's example that he was only getting 4 quest points, so I'm assuming he was only doing 1 phase of the quest.

So if it's a 7 phase quest, you can do 3 phases and turn it in without it counting against your 5.

Atleast that's what I gather from all that, :)

Actually, as long as you don't do the entire quest (e.g. you recieve pracs/gold/etc) it wont count. I was only completing 1 phase per quest to get it done with as fast as possible.

It doesn't count if you only do 2 of the objectives and complete... so said vassago in some other thread a while ago.
